Your own Claude or ChatGPT finds real open roles, scores them against your wins, and tells you who to contact first.
Alza helps professionals land roles at top companies. Role Radar is the job-research step of how we work with clients, packaged so you can run it yourself.
Results from Alza clients who completed the full system, not Role Radar alone. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
You scroll, apply and hear nothing. And not every posting is a real opening: 90% of hiring managers say companies post roles they don't plan to fill right away (Resume Genius, 2026).
Titles don't tell you if a role fits what you've actually done.
Closed, reposted and ghost listings eat your week.
Most roles are won through people, not the apply button.
Role Radar runs in your own assistant. It never applies for you or contacts anyone.
A structured record of your biggest wins, with numbers. Start with the video breakdown, then use the course deck and template. Stuck on a blank page? An optional prompt interviews you one question at a time.
Add both to your own Claude or ChatGPT and paste the starter message.
Location, pay, exclusions and direction. Confirm your search profile before anything runs.
Each top role is checked on the employer's own page. Re-check or refresh any time.
You don't get hired for your experience. You get hired for your positioning of that experience. Every role Role Radar finds is judged against proof, not guesswork.
“The Experience Data Map was an inflection point for me. I had never sat down and mapped out the details of every win I've had in every role. It let me see my career from an angle I hadn't before.”
“By using his coaching and frameworks, I was able to completely change my approach to outreach and positioning myself, leading to a significant boost in results. I was getting 4 or 5 interviews per day.”
“The Experience Data Mapping process alone reframed how I thought about my own career. He surfaces the depth and specificity of your work in a way that a resume never captures.”
“Instead of vague advice, I got a real sequence, what to focus on first, how to approach outreach, how to carry myself once conversations turned into real interviews.”
“The most telling sign of how well their methodology works is that every time I completed a phase of their process I noticed a significant increase in the amount of engagement I received.”
“This isn't 'here's a new resume, go have fun.' This is a step-by-step process and Albano has a plan. By the time I was in front of the right people, I knew exactly what I was walking in to say.”
From clients who worked directly with Alza, on the system Role Radar is built on. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

I'm Albano. I founded Alza, and I was a recruiter before that. Role Radar uses the same Experience Data Map and Lateral Networking approach I use with clients, which means reaching the people who make hiring decisions through conversation, not the apply button. It's packaged so you can run it yourself. Do the map first. Then let Role Radar do the research.
You need an assistant that can browse the web to find live roles. What's available depends on your account and plan. If yours can't browse, you can paste job postings and Role Radar will review them.
You can, and you'll usually get a list of job titles. Role Radar adds what a one-line prompt can't. Your Experience Data Map is the yardstick, so every role is scored against your own numbers. Each top role is checked on the employer's own page. And you get a contact path, so you know who to reach first. It's the difference between a list of postings and a short list built around your proof.
Plan on an hour or two for a first version that's ready to use. The optional Builder prompt helps if you stall, and the deck and template show you what good looks like.
Your assistant checks each top role on the employer's own page before it reports. Roles can close at any time, so the Playbook includes a check-now message that re-checks your whole list and replaces closed roles. Always click through to the employer's page before you apply.
No. It finds and ranks roles and shows you who to contact. What you do with it is up to you. Individual results. Not typical. Not a guarantee.
No. Alza is not an employment agency or recruiter. Role Radar never applies for jobs or contacts employers for you.
Only what you're comfortable uploading to your own assistant. Leave out phone numbers, home address and ID numbers, and mark anything confidential, such as customer names, so it isn't quoted.
Finish your Experience Data Map and run Role Radar. If your first list doesn't have 5 roles verified open on the employer's own page when your report is made, email hello@joinalza.com within 30 days of purchase with your tracker. We'll fix your search profile free, or credit your full $249 toward anything at Alza, including the Toolkit and the Offer Engine cohort. This is a promise about the product working, not a guarantee of interviews or offers.
Role Radar is the first step: it finds the right roles and who to contact. Alza's other offers cover everything after that.
The Alza Toolkit is self-serve. It's six courses plus resources for the rest of the search: your Experience Data Map, resume, LinkedIn, outreach, interviews and negotiating. It includes Role Radar.
The Offer Engine is a live group cohort. Over four weeks, a small group builds the full job-search system together with me, and you leave with it done.
The Accelerator is our most hands-on, one-to-one engagement, by application only.
Start here, and if you upgrade to the Toolkit within 5 days, your $249 comes off. Your promise credit also works toward the Toolkit and the Offer Engine.
